The City of Nice and the Nice C\u00f4te d'Azur Metropolis have adopted a genuine cycling policy, based on a public transport development plan.<\/p>

It is a great cycling area. Its coastal roads offer panoramic views across the Mediterranean, its hilly hinterland offers great variety, and its legendary mountain passes have played a large part in building the legend of the Tour de France and Paris-Nice.<\/p>

However, cycling is not just about outstanding athletes. Above all, it is an inexpensive and fast way of getting around that is good for your health and air quality. It is for all generations: enthusiasts and occasional cyclists, adults and children, seniors and people with disabilities, and even those who do not always have the means to do so.
