In the event of a dispute relating to these general terms and conditions, the client (after having referred the matter to the customer service department or the hotel in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 90 days from the date of referral) has the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on its website:www.mtv.travel
